Proof of posting is always obtained. Custom made items will take a little longer – please allow 14 days for delivery. Unfortunately, due to EU regulations and sending packages abroad, we cannot post outside of the UK or Northern Ireland. Custom personalised orders are unfortunately non–refundable.
